Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond enjoyed another top-10 when he signed off with his best score of two-under-par 70 to end his campaign at the ICTSI Philippine Open in tied-eighth place on Sunday. The Black Mountain sponsored player’s only blemish on the final day came at the par-five fifth where he had a bogey-six. Jazz would however turn on the afterburner by making birdies on holes seven, 11 and 14.
Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond continued to put up another spirited performance as he posted his third consecutive even-par 72 to head into his final round at the ICTSI Philippine Open five shots back of Korean American leader Chan Kim.

The 18-year-old, who is sponsored by Black Mountain, has been enjoying a fine run since the start of the year and will be on a mission for his maiden breakthrough on the Asian Tour.
Black Mountain sponsored player Berry Henson of the United States returns to winning ground in the Philippines where he hopes for another grandstand finish again. The American won his maiden Asian Tour title here in 2011 and will be looking to renew his love affair with the course with a swinging good time.
Sweden’s Johan Edfors posted a second round three-under-par 69 at the Madeira Islands Open to finish in tied-seventh for his best result on the European Tour this season. The Black Mountain sponsored player traded five birdies against two bogeys on the final day of the event that had been reduced to 36 holes due to adverse weather conditions.
Black Mountain’s Johan Edfors posted a two-under-par 70 to stay three shots back of Scotland’s Scott Henry at the Madeira Islands Open while Thailand’s Thongchai Jaidee will not feature in the weekend rounds after signing for another 73 at the Players Championship.
Rikard Karlberg of Sweden believes he is coming close to winning again after finishing tied 11th at The Championship in Singapore on Sunday. The Black Mountain sponsored player shot a superb six-under-par 66, his best score for the week, to finish on 14-under-par 274 in the US$1.5 million event which was won by Felipe Aguilar of Chile.
A total of three Black Mountain sponsored players will feature in the weekend rounds of The Championship which is held in Singapore this week. Sweden’s Rikard Karlberg, Johan Edfors and Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond safely made the cut which was set at four-under-par at the US$1.5 million event which is co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour and European Tour.
