Solid finish for Jazz at Solaire Open

March 16: Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond ended his campaign at the Solaire Open in a credible tied 27^th position after shooting a four-over-par 75 on Sunday.

The talented teen struggled in the windy conditions where only 14 players broke par at the US$300,000 Asian Tour event.

Jazz shot two birdies, four bogeys and one double bogey to finish on four-over-par 288 in the event that was won by Richard T. Lee of Canada.

Rikard Karlberg of Sweden ended his campaign in 35^th position after carding a 76 for a 290 total.

Karlberg and Jazz, who are sponsored by Black Mountain, earned US$2,562 and US$2,100 respectively for their efforts.
