Driving range to be upgraded

The driving range at Black Mountain will be upgraded in July.
– The goal is to make it look more like the golf course, says Black Mountain course manager Richard Halls.
During the renovation period in July the range will be closed.

– We will renovate the grass hitting areas and the target greens, add some bunkers for visual effect, make adjustments to the drainage system, add some arrogation and mow fairway shapes to the area, says Halls.

The finished result will be a better looking and more functional driving range. To achieve this the driving range will be closed for worker safety from the 1st to the 31st July.

During this period the short-game and putting greens will remain open to green fee-guests and members without the service of the staff in the driving range shop.
